Jamie believes in each person, team, and organization's ability to grow beyond their current perceived limitations. Jamie has over 22 years of experience as a people-first leader in end-of-life care and aesthetic medicine.  Her professional highlights include serving as the President of one of the nation's top medical spa chains, Elase, where with her team, she focused on creating and scaling a high-performance culture rooted in the wellbeing of people. The results of the culture, systems, and processes she helped build at Elase were profound, with low turnover, high patient satisfaction, and gross revenues that more than doubled the ninetieth percentile in the nation.  

During the 13 years that Jamie served at Elase, the organization received multiple recognitions, including Best of State 9 years and Top Work Places.  In 2022, Jamie was recognized as one of the Top 20 Business Leaders of Utah for her people-centric approach to leadership.

Jamie now serves as Partner with Peak Gravity Leadership, where she continues her work in creating high-performance environments where people can show up whole and do their best work.  In compliment to her work with Peak Gravity, Jamie serves on the faculty for Galderma GAIN business, where she empowers leaders with the knowledge and acumen to grow values-centric organizations in the aesthetic medicine space.
