He does this by creating a safe, open environment where collaboration and cross-functional partnerships connect to build a positive culture and drive sustainable results.

Chad feels very fortunate to have a career rich in diverse experiences in both global and domestic roles, which include medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. His professional highlights and experience include serving as the Global Head of Leadership Development for Galderma and most recently as Vice President of Commercial Excellence for Merit Medical where he helped leaders foster a positive culture that focuses on developing talent and driving results. In an effort to build consistency in the leadership mindset for Galderma, Chad also served as the lead Coach for the North American Executive team. As a coach, Chad's ability to assess, design, and implement unique coaching methods enables leaders to quickly identify areas of opportunity that have a direct and positive impact on organizational culture and overall performance.

Chad has spent over 20 years in the life sciences industry with significant experience in marketing, training, and leadership development. His developed skills include Executive and Leadership Development, Leadership Assessments, Succession Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Learning Facilitation, Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Change Leadership, Sales, and Sales Management.

Chad currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two daughters. His passion for outdoor activities like climbing, skiing, trail running, cycling, and mountaineering keeps Chad busy in his spare time.
